When starting a new game, whther entering into cyrodil or vvardenfell, upon starting I am unable to move my character. I'm able to jump, attack, cast spells, rest, interact with npcs and objects, but when attempting to move, my character virtually stands still. I have tried starting a new game, and also tried removing all extra mods and dlc. Here is a video i captured of the bug using fraps.

I can't replicate this bug, and the fact that no one else has reported it probably means it was a mod conflict. Closing this issue for now.
