State of Morroblivion's expansions: Tribunal & Bloodmoon ?

I read vague-like statements about Bloodmoon and Tribunal. What I seem to understand: both expansions are partially playable. So that means the rest is unfinished?

Anyway, my real question is. Does it have any value to the developers, if I go play (now or in the future) the expansions? So I can encounter bugs.
Or they want rather to "finish" both expansions first?

Both Paths of the Bloodmoon Quest Line have been Finished, including Werewolves.
Bloodmoon Quests have NOT been Debugged, and from what I understand, there are problems

* All Bloodmoon Miscellaneous Quests have been Finished.

The Tribunal Quest Line is under construction; it is partially complete.
* All Miscellaneous Tribunal Quests have been Finished.

* The East Empire Company Quest Line has NOT been finished.

And from 'Help Requested' thread:

* Bloodmoon Bugfixing. The entire Bloodmoon Quest Line was completed by the Queen of the Ashlands. However, this has not been debugged in-game, and from what I understand it is not possible to complete without using console commands.

* Tribunal Quest Line. Only the first two Quests of the Tribunal Quest Line have been finished. The rest need to be finished and debugged. This will include reconstructing missing dialog.

* East Empire Quest Line. This is the only remaining Guild Quest Line that has not been completed. This will also include reconstructing missing dialog and some advanced AI work.

So basically only Misc Quests from both expansions have been completed.

Personally, I'll try to fix bugs in Tribunal Misc Quests if you report any. Probably not going to touch anything else for various reasons, but maybe someone else will.

Frankly, I don't see much use in bug reports for incomplete questlines - there will be just too many of them.
