Will Aradraen be added to? I have never played morrowind with this offical plugin. So maybe she is already there, excuses if it is. I couldn't find here, if she is already implented; where is she?

Aren't area-of-effect arrows in the vanilla oblivion already available?
Besides that, I have looted in morroblivion arrows that posseses a area of effect before. Numerious times to be frank. So i dont think that the area of effect option of this arrows aren't creating any problem. I could be death wrong ofcourse, this is just what I presume..
No I do not think the arrows are in generic oblivion,you have to install the plugin in vanilla morrowind to get them in that too.
But I think we are both missing the point here,because area effect arrows is an addon for Morrowind not Oblivion,and unless it was converted over into morroblivion [doughtfull] then she is not in morroblivion.
But if I am wrong,then you or anyone could write a mod in the CS to simulate her and the shop I quess,but the arrows if not already available might be more difficult.

Well the arrows that Aradraen is selling, have namings as: Frost Damage 6-14pts in 20ft for 1 sec. Its the "20ft for 1 sec" part, thats is suppose to be new for morrowind. But Oblivion do already posseses the ability. I am quite sure of that. Besides hitting in a certain feet, the arrows are using some regular elemental damages or poison or some sort.
I dont have any offical plugin installed in Morrowind. But I do came acrosse some Adamantium armor pieces at some vendors. Adamantium armor belongs to one of the offical plugins.
It seems to me, that you need morrowind files. Only for textures, sounds and texts? I suppose they re-made adamantium armor texture for morroblivion, so they didn't really needed the offical plugin in morrowind. For Aradraen on the other hand, she could include some unique greeting voice/sound and/or textures?
Yes you are correct about the textures and meshes,because we had to change them [or most of them] to oblivion versions to try not to be too illegal,as you proberly know this project has not actually got the blessings of Beth.
And I guess that the arrows could be made [modded] in the CK,along with the shop etc,but that is really the call of the morroblivion modders,I am busy with the skywind project at this time.
She is dependent on Area
She is dependent on Area Effect Arrows,so I don`t think she is in morroblivion,because we would have to use assets from that official addon.
