Tel Fyr: some environment bugs

If Im in Tel Fyr, I can walk through some objects or sometimes I just stuck somewhere (see pic 1-3). Somehow the whole Tel Fyr island is a little bit buggy (pic 4)

Edit: How do I speak to Divath Fyr :) I know in Morrowind you can use levitation spell, but how to solve this here?

But in Oblivion there is no... ah alright, so in Morroblivion there is somewhere a levitation spell right. Well Ill check it :D

Edit: Ok wasnt that hard to find it. After I finished the quest, I realized that Tel Fyr is now fine. Maybe it was just a random bug, bug the environment is fine now.

I do not think it is a Bug I do not Have these Problems ..

I used his save file went to Tel Fyr There was no errors...

Might be load order errors causing problems..

I think it was just a random thing or a bug in the load order, because its not reproducible. So I think its fine dont search for the issue.
