cliffracer is invisible, cant see it in either CS or ingame. noticed that none of the .kf files showed anything in nifscope in the preview window.

Have you tried the low poly version? Edit: Definately try the low poly version ... I just noticed that there is a major problem with the hi-poly mesh ... I will fix it later if the low poly versioon works.

You can not directly preview .kf files in nifscope. A kf file is nothing but a bunch of numbers which tell the bones "how much" to Translate, Rotate or Scale. To view their animation you need to attach them to the skeleton (the bones). Open Skeleton.nif (if you see nothing make sure you have checked "Draw Nodes" in the Render menu ... and then zoom out to have a look at the skeleton) Next goto Spells->Animation->Attach kf and select the .kf file you need to view. The kf file should now animate the skeleton (if not then click the play button |> )

I have tried both versions, and both are invisible in CS and ingame

Hmmm ... invisibility is usually caused by missing normal maps ... make sure that the textures folder is not corrupted. Anyways I have made a few tweaks, maybe they will fix it: http://www.mediafire.com/?svvkxvwjl5za452

Ok, this is the final try. Version 3 here is an older conversion that I did. The animations still need a lot of work (they might not play at all ... attack will certainly not work) but I just want you to see if the creature is visible at all. http://www.mediafire.com/?2ofabjh4fn8325h
