Naked NPC's

Welcome to the current state of skywind, alittle chilly and indecent, but with guarenteed warmer apparel and life goals upcoming. long story short, dude, the ai hasn't even been written yet. armors are only half-done, weapons are in game but not in leveled lists afaik, and the focus for the moment is on npc creation and questing. again. welcome to pre pre pre pre pre alpha skywind.

nope thats definately the skywind nude dlc. hopefully the naked mole rat DLC will come out. i remember a mod like that came out for fallout

Lol i noticed that to when i first started Skywind, please put some clothes on, but i already have clothes on sigh. The pre, pre alpha's looking mighty fantastic with enb.

Every character is partially nude because they haven't been assigned an Outfit to wear. I pulled up the mod the the Skyrim CK and none of the characters have assigned Outfits. The characters have clothing in their inventory but they are not going wear what is in their inventory. To fix this the developers are going to have to go through each character and assign them an Outfit. I thought about doing it myself but it isn't my work and I don't have time to go through a thousand characters and assign them Outfits especially not knowing the appropriate Outfit to assign. The developers of the project need assign the appropriate Outfits before they release the final version of this. For now we will just have to deal with partially nude characters. LOL!

Not sure what the Karma thing is. But since it went negative I guess people didn't like what I said in my post about partially nude characters. I simply posted the truth as to why all the characters in Skywind are partially nude in the current state of the project so that newcomers to the project like myself will know the reason why this is happening. I am a Skyrim modder veteran when it comes to creating characters and if you don't assign them an Outfit to wear this is the result. They will not wear what you put in their inventory except weapons.

Probably because it sounds like you're criticising them and maybe the part where you said you could fix it but you can't be bothered? Just an idea.

The job of adding Outfits to about 1000 characters is a major undertaking that I thought about doing but realized that it was too big of a job for me just one person. I wouldn't even know what the developers would want the characters to be wearing so I decided not to do it. The job itself would be easy but it would take several weeks to do even if I knew what the developers wanted. I am a newcomer to this site and the project and would love to help and character creation is one of my strengths but to add Outfits to that many characters without knowing what the developers want wouldn't be right. The thing is, this thread was dead. That's my issue. I seriously wish this site had an actual archiving system.

@ZeroSbr - Yep you can talk all you want about it being a dead issue. It was not a dead issue for me when on my first play of the game today was met by half naked characters and no where in any of these comments does it say why this is so. So I shed some light on it and what the developers are going to have to do to fix it. As for this Karma thing going on. I could care less. I am a newcomer and you didn't make me feel welcome. You jumped right into criticizing me for posting real information that will help people understand why the problem exits and what the developers are going to have to do to fix it.
