I installed everything correctly but Oblivion wont start when I activate it, I've tried de-activating every mod and expansion besides lorecreatures and the other morroblivion mods but it didnt work, I've tried only activating Shivering Isles, Borderless Cyrodil, lorecreatures and the other morroblivion mods..still doesnt work.
I get to the Oblivion Launcher, I press Play and it acts like its gonna open but then it just closes out..no error messages or anything.

You do not need to activate any of the other mods that are shipped with the ESP converter (lore creatures for example or the Morroblivion_fr.esp ones).
Probably-
Deactivate Morroblivion_AI(Idont know if it's the right name.) and it'll work,I guess. If you don't have that mod...Sorry.Ive got no idea...

If you have the Oblivion Mod Manager please make sure that the list looks like this:
Oblivion.esm (always first)
Morrowind_ob.esm
You should have no problems whatsoever if the master files are loaded in the correct order, remember that the ESP Converter adds files to the Oblivion folder, it does not delete files.

Still wont work :(. I also dont have Morrowind_ob.esp and I downloaded the Mod from this website. I have Morroblivion_fr.esp, MorroblivionTribunal_fr.esp and lorecreatures.esp.

Oh my ... you did'nt run the conversion ... you just copied the files you downloaded from this website :O
Morroblivion ESPConverter is not a mod, it is a program that you need to run ... it converts your morrowind files and creates morrowind_ob.esm
lorecreatures.esp
morrowind_fr.esp
MorroblivionTribunal_fr.esp
are NOT required ... especially the last two are for the french version of the game.
