Hi,
I think i want to help you guys out. I got a bit of modding experience. For now i am going to fix a few things that i saw around Ald'ruhn. Mostly i will fix a few spelling errors that i saw as well as misplaced objects. I would also like to attempt to start making some of the NPCs around Ald'ruhn look like the original ones.

Ok, I changed my mind on what i will do.
I noticed that the terrain textures need some major attention. I'm going to make a little demo with some before and after pictures. I'll post some screens here once i'm done.
Yeah, our landscape needs a big time overhaul. If you're good at landscape editing, by all means show us some of your work. I wanted to do it, but god I suck at being an artist.
Also don't worry about the npcs for now, they're being tweaked a bit and are awaiting a merge to the master. Plus we might be adding custom skeletons/race to them for earrings and other custom stuff. As for the lost items, Machine is going to track down some of the lost items down when he finishes up the npcs.
I know the forum might be slow, but that's because we use our chat box A LOT more now.
Ok, Here is the results:
Angle 1, Before
Angle 1, After
Angle 2, Before
Angle 2, After
All i did pretty much was to make sure that every square inch had at least 3 textures with varying layers of opacity, as well as breaking up some of the really big areas of one texture. It looks a lot more natural that way.

As for your pictures, I think it looks quite a bit better, but it's hard to tell, because it's the middle of the ash lands. I'm sure Eloth will leave his opinion. I think it'll be nice to finally rid of the random sand splotches in the middle of nowhere.

Very nice, result is 100 times better :) Hope you can continue doing the rest of the worst case places
That looks very nice. A little bit of Ashland grass and it will be perfect.
Make sure to keep us up to date on your progress!
Well, I've finished some hills around Ald'ruhn, it is really a lot of work, and i just need to make sure not to spend 5 hours on each little hill
Well on the bright side, not a whole lot of regions are a disaster. I just know around Gnisis is a nightmare.
I've only been working in the Ashlands, which are a mess too. I'm only now realizing how small the map is though, so it will probably go faster than i first thought.
Do you have any updates on your work?
It is cool) Thanks for it) We are waiting ur work)
There're also small problems with sand roads in West Gash, some random parts of the roads are missing. Thanks for your work.
