If Im at an enemy area, sometimes the enemies are not attacking me. They just looking at me and nothing is happening. So I think "hej, maybe you are a friend, lets talk! :D " and then they are attacking me immediately :(

Hi again. Sorry was not playing the game for some time - but now Im in again.
I wish I could give you all the NPCs, but I really dont remember them all. And if then they are already gone/dead. But I remember that a lot of guards in the Ministry of Truth are acting weird. They should all attack me. But some of them are just looking at me and only if I klick on them to talk: they are attacking me. Ill upload the screens with NPC id, is that enough?
And as I said, there are other enemy NPCs with the same acting behavior. I just dont remember anymore where they are.
Edit: And no, Im not sneaking - have not even a high skills on sneaking. Dont think that is the problem.
You are up in the Prison What Quest are you doing
I was there for the main quest, to set Milo free.
But there is no difference. After the quest was done, I visited later the place again and the NPCs are acting the same.
Are you able to reproduce this issue with the same NPCs as I posted? Or am I alone with this?
Loaded a save after doing milo escape,, walked in the guards you took Pictures of Don't attack Player,, Sneek 35 keep going to Prison Cell All Other Guards Attack No Problems did Not Speak to any 1

Got Guards to Chase player Player ran back to the Others in your Pictures they Still did not Attack Player while other Guards are..
Thanks for testing roxon. Thats good :) ... no Its not really good, but now we know it happens to other people also.
How to solve these problems? Do we just have to edit the NPCs? Or is this something more complicated?
Unless you are good at Moding and can write a Patch we leave it alone it will go on todo list with the other couple Thousand we work around
:D No im not good with the CK - but I thought if I just have to set some properties for the buggedf NPC and thats it. Maybe there is just no checkmark for the 'enemy' property or something like that.
NPCs in Ministry of Truth are kinda meant to be like that - they will not attack if you're Patriarch of the Temple.

Do you have a high sneak skill?
Also, could this may be caused by "no low-level processing" being set on these NPCs? Hmmm. I know we changed that recently.
