i cant get this to work at all :(

ok i downloaded all of hashmi's creatures that were finished, but wen i go into the CS to make them into actual creatures in the game i can add there skeletons but wen i open the models tab it will NOT let me do anything idk how to fix it but i want the morrowind creatures if someone could explain this to me id be very grateful
