Sorry if this has been brought up, I searched and couldn't find any information about this. Are npc levels in morrblivion static(Morrowind) or leveled(Oblivion). Really irked me in Oblivion that everything leveled with you, just wondering if this mod adjusted the levels for static or are they leveled thx.
