Not able to continue with Imperial Legion quests

Hi all.

I finished the quest Lords Mail in the Imperial Legion. I gave Vantinius the Armor and the Sword. The quests is finished. But I cannot continue with the next quest.

If I ask him about a new rank, he's just telling me "If you follow my orders, I'll give you the rank you deserve"

If I ask about a new order, he's telling me "Only a Knight of the Garland can take the next step. You have not made enough advancement"

I think I finished all of the quests in the Imperial Legion, because nobody else want to give me a new ordner. Do I miss something? How can I check this? Or could this be a bug? Thank you

All my skills are much higher, so that shouldnt be a problem. Just with the reputation I'm not sure. How can I check this?

Try typing in console: set

And if it's not 4, type the following:

set fbmwILAdvancement.LegionAdvancement to 4

set sleep

set sleep to fbmwILAdvancement.LegionAdvancement

set global >> 3.00

So it was not 4, but even when I changed it, Vantinius won't give me a new rank or order :(

Here my save with Vantinius (and without changing the LegionAdvancement). Maybe something else is wrong or I just missing something simple...

im havnig the same problamo with varus. i typed in the command and it still wont let me rank up

I'm sorry to be asking this 2 years later but Im having this problem but instead of global >> 3 mine is 2 and when I bring up the Lord's mail topic he still tells me to find it quickly when the sword he says Thank you so the Lord's mail doesn't register and I tried the method above and waited an hour while I watched youtube videos and it didn't work, please help (I also have been asking around in eso for people to voice actor some people in skywind for you guys)
