Bloodmoon.esm and Tribunal.esm are Empty

For whatever reason, the converter creates the Bloodmoon.esm and Tribunal.esm files. However, these are both Empty. All they do is take up additional mod slots and cause problems if some mod references them as Master Files but they are missing. All references to these two Master Files should be removed from all Morroblivion mods.

So...

are they necessary to have at all then? Can we just... remove them?

Master Files

I have removed them from my own Load Order. However, be aware that these are both Master Files. If you have or ever do have in the future any mod installed that references one of them, then your game will refuse to load. The way Oblivion deals with Master Files is stupid, but, it is what it is. If a mod references a Master File, it does not matter whether the mod actually uses or needs the Master File; if the Master File is not present, the game will not load. References to Master Files can be removed with Tes4Gecko.
