275 spells(so far) Overhauled spell system(including the ability to upgrade spells). Air and Earth spells. Earth spells absorb lightning spell but move (much) slower. Air spell extinguish fire spells and mover pretty fast and can knock down enemies but do little damage

Spell creation( it would take a very long time to explain, maybe later)

Solar and Lunar spell. they're much harder to find and learn but the don't have the weaknesses of their fire and ice/water equivalents.

New enchantments and staffs as well.

I recreated SB's under market mod

What's planed:

Time travel based quests. let's say the dovahkiin is in a dungeon and he comes up to a bridge that's lifted. yada yada yada time spell. anyway you then go back in time and play as the here of kvatch and lower the bridge in the past. Then in the future the bridge is lowered. stuff like that keep you changing time lines and what not. There are also time anomalies that allow the dovahkiin to alter the past.

I also might make a town or something called "mir corrup" It's mentioned in Morrowind, Oblvion and Skyrim but it's never seen... weird.

Before you ask, yes, I am doing a 4th era Morrowind too, but it's far less complete.

The Third picture (the wind mill one) is more accurate to the ingame appearance. I used the skyrim print screen function rather then the usually way.

What I must do before a beta release:

Finish city detailing (make current cities better along with finishing Sutch).Finish landscape detail (make all the landscapes of cyrodiil better and more unique). populate Cyrodiil (just need to place npc and enemies in cyrodiil).Clutter city interiors. Combine the 4E esp into the custom 4E esm.

Also If anyone has any suggestions please say what you have in mind.

Huh, well in Skyrim you can see the still standing White-Gold tower in the distance.

@DeepSpaceBass: The whiteg old tower collapsed during the great war when the thalmor took the imperial city. I know this because I read a note in a dungeon ( It's sunderstone gorge you learn a word of fire breath there ). Anyway it says that this girl's husband died when the white gold collapsed. If you read a bit between the lines, after her husband died she became a necromancer and tried to bring him back..... then you killed her.

I'll try to find the note for you.

Actually we're both incorrect. The white-gold tower did indeed collapse, but a memorial was constructed at its collapse site and the Imperial City is undergoing reconstruction.

As far as the tower goes, I know the moth priest Dexicon Evicus traveled to Skyrim in search of elder scrolls during the plot line for Dawnguard. When the tower collapsed (Or some time before/after) a large selection of elder scrolls went missing and thus was sent to retrieve them. He speaks of the tower quite a bit, says that it's been mostly rebuilt but isn't quite the same as it once was. Meanwhile the empire was using the prison bastion as the capital while the tower is being finished, so you'd probably need to modify that as necessary to reflect this. (Though I'm about 90% sure you already knew of that, not sure if it's been mentioned so I just went ahead and said it anyways.)

It would be interesting if once Cyrodil is released, you make it so Evicus heads back to the Imperial city along with whatever scrolls you gave him, if any, so they can be put inside the tower proper. Same could apply to the emperor, he just resides in the new capital

Spoilers until the quest to assassinate him is given to you at least.

Quick question; do you know if you guys will be using the Oblivion soundtrack for when the player is in Cyrodiil? I would love to hear that soundtrack play again; it would feel like home, just redesigned.

@DeepSpaceBass & Geraldmanson: I have changed the tower to match the lore of the great war. The new tower is taller and has more interiors, also the upper floors are under construction. All of the elder scrolls went missing after the great war so the empire can no longer see the future and what not ( I wouldn't be suprized if the thalmor took them.) So yeah, it's pretty much already handled. I also made a memorial for the old white gold tower and great war one of the new district I was thinking about making was a historical district (connected to the arena district by a bridge) and I was gonna set in 4 corners. At the center would be a.... building... and around it I could make........ other buildings.....and memorials to stuff. Either way I want to make the Imperial City a lot bigger then it was in Oblivion. in Oblivion it was a big city it didn't fell like the the capital of Tamriel.  I was having problems merging all districts into one world space due to the walls over-lapping. It can be fixed but it's mainly just a visual bug.

@Jewelie: Yep I Converted the music to the wav format and everything Speaking of music I should release the converted music to the public. does anyone have a suggestion of where I can release the music. I got it to play in skyrim but not cyrodiil yet I don't want to make another plugin and I don't want to add skyrim dependencies to my current one. So the only other option is to reprogram the entire music system from scratch, which isn't THAT hard but it would be time consuming so I'll just wait until the next version of my custom master is ready (when I merge the esp with the esm) I got the music to play in skyrim. It sounds pretty good but it didn't fit the world very well.

Status update: I didn't get much done today because I was traveling (and I still am using my old pc) but I did manage to fix some item placement bugs ( like if a table mesh didn't convert but the cups and plates did, so I place a table that did convert in it's place... well most of the time i just re-clutter rooms from scratch but still)

Anyway... I'm kinda just stalling at this point I really should be focusing on merging the plugin(esp) with the master (esm). Well, if anyone knows how to merge esp to esm can you tell me how because I can't find the answer online.

Wait, you're going to do Morrowind too? If so that's great!

Though it's kind of a big project to tackle alone, and progress on Cyrodil has been absolutely fantastic thus far - You sure you'd be able to handle it? I wouldn't want this mod to die off like so many before it have.

@GeraldManson: I've seen most of those posts about mod merging. I've tried version control and I spent weeks trying to get it to work until I finally gave up. Creation kit manual merging doesn't work because you can't set a master file as active (and I would have duplicate everything by hand again so that would take a long time). And every time I open the master in TesvSnip it corrupts it to the point that it cashes the creation kit on during load. (not to mention TesvSnip doesn't merge cell and worldspace edit correctly anyway). So I'm kinda at a stand still (unless anyone else wants to take a crack at it).

Yep, I am doing a 4E morrowind as well but right now I'm only making side world spaces. I haven't made the main world space yet because I was still deciding on what to make. I want it to be more then just Vvardenfell but I can't see to get any height maps to import in the creation kit correctly.

Status update:

Fixed and reclutter a couple of dungeons. I haven't tested the fixed lighting in game yet. I found a major bug in game where bittercoast trees spin in mid air uncontrollable and at random which if you stand in the wrong place as the wrong time you can get flung across cyrodiil ( a great way to fast travel actually, you just don't know where you'll land... and you might take a lot of fall damage). Anyway, I made all of southern cyrodiil better and more swamp like.

I promised someone in a private chat That I would upload some picture of southern cyrodiil so here they are:

[External image][External image][External image][External image][External image]

^I might put a lake or stream around that area in the picture above^[External image][External image][External image]

I'll have so more up later.

Where are you basing your stuff, nexus, steam workshop, moddb?  Also do have a place of following a facebook page, or twitter youtube?

Supreme Epicness, I have a blank heightmap imported from TR Sacred East in an Oblivion plug in file. You could make a 4E Port Telvannis with that :)

I'm sure there's no problem with porting it over to Skyrim but I may be wrong.

Is there no other alternative to merging the two files?

@protectorCrimson: The mod is based here on "Morroblivion.com" I haven't made a facebook, twitter, or youtube account for the mod yet but I might.

EnvyDeveloper:Okay, if you upload it I'll try to convert to skyrim.

@GeraldManson: apparently those are the only ways and none of them worked for me.

Status Update:

I fixed the lighting in some of the dungeons

[External image][External image][External image]

I detailed some more land, fixed up chorrol(I don't think it can get much better now), I made a small creek in the nibenay between nornal(the dungeon above) and cracked wood cave.[External image][External image]

The bridge is actually level but the ground isn't[External image]

I made several new assets for this creek. In fact the creek itself is one big static piece.

The dirt decal between the rock and the grass didn't appear, some reason.

Here is the file. Good luck :)

Can't wait to see those ayleid ruins in their full glory ;) here are the meshes with fixed transparency, it should also add a little glow to some welkynd stones but don't know if it will work

Update:

Sorry for the short absents I was working a LOT on getting thing up and running. Any thanks for the fixed transparence Anthelius It's made the dungeons I bit better. I just fixed the entire programming for the sound, regions, music landscape bugs, and what not. So all of cyrodiil should work with out any missing textures or landscape bug. The only area I couldn't fix is under a rock so you can't see it anyway. I fixed lighting in basically all the city interiors except bravil. I fixed the meshes paths so that there shouldn't be any over writing. I greatly improved the interior and exteriors of the imperial city. I furnished most of cyrodiil  and remove some broken meshes that were causing crashes. I increased the interior size of the white gold tower. I fixed some corrupt assets and what not. I completely reprogrammed the music system so music will play in cyrodiil now. So at this point the only thing left to do is... Well finish Bravil and populate everything. I made the npcs and stuff so all I really need to do is, see if I can make an lod in the creation kit, retexture the ground at kvatch(I totally forgot to do that) and merge the esp to the esm and Then cyrodiil is basically done. With SkyBlivion Reborn converted I can actually make the time travel spell and quests.(well I would have to merge the stuff first but still and wait of the release of skyblivion's new master but ya know).

Edit: Of course the travel spell is just one way to time spell is just one way to time travel I can still make the spell as well as other means of time travel without "skyblivion reborn" it would just be A LOT easier and save me a lot of time if I had "skyblivion reborn" .

Would the merge problem be easier if both were the same file type? Because you could use wrye bash to convert between esp/esm files. I'm not a Skyrim modder (though I have had some experience with Oblivion modding, so I'm familiar with esp's and esm's).

Anyway great work :D

@SupremeEpicness - So you need the master file, basically? (Skyblivion Reborn). How would this possibly be created, and what purpose would it serve? I am a little confused as to what the master file does, besides containing all the main meshes and textures involved. Keep up the good work!

So are you going to start building quests that are unrelated to skyoblvion until its out.  Then release it with some day to day life stuff, no save cyradol epicness right now.

This sounds so awesome.

@Smarty95: I haven't tried making both of them masters but I don't think it would help (other then making do a double merge if i create another plugin).

@Jewelie: I don't need Skyblvion reborn because I already Have a working master file. The thing is, with skyblivion reborn's master The player would be able to redo all of the quests from Oblivion as well as the 4E quest(eventually). Without it I would have to limit the player to a certain quest line in a certain area. when they time travel also the time travel spell would either have to be removed or reworked so you always go back to the same 3E area. Of course I did have some 1E (jungle Cyrodiil) and 2E   stuff in the works but but most time travel would involve 3E. I was gonna make 2E cyrodiil A jungle as well but I want to see how ESO handles it. I mean we know tiber septim used CHIM to change crodiil to the forest it is now but 2E cyrodiil looks pretty much like 3E cyrodiil in ESO. Both 1E and 2E are very far from completion so I can't give out any "good" pictures.

I kinda got off point there but a master file can have plugin and other masters dependent on it. also other file (esp/esm) can edit a master... but you can't (easily) edit a master directly. I used a esp to edit my custom master but I currently can't merge them together so until I do all the work I've done is basically pointless. :(

@protectorcrimson: I only really need skyblvion's new master to make  quest's that involve heavy time travel. (like this one syod quest I had planned. I mentioned it to frankist in a private chat). but for the most it's just a matter of see old Oblivion stuff mixed in with new 4E stuff, Or a matter how much Oblivion stuff vs 4E stuff. Is 3E a open world with all of cyrodiil explorable with all of Oblivion's quests or is it just a couple quest remade into the 4E world (like you see ghosts instead of real people) Personally I would rather see all Of Oblivion in skyrim's engine and have the option to switch between 3E and 4E rather then pseudo remade quests.

@ Vivec: Thanks for the support :)

Status update: I fixed A couple of random bugs around the place. Made more of southern cyrodiil better. I'm fixing the Climate programing as I speak. Before I just used default climate now I'm making a actually cyrodiil Climate ( that way if you load this mod and another mod that uses default climate you won't have cyrodiil climate in both mods (or vise versa). I'll also fix it up so grass only blows in the wind in wildernesses not cities (it get annoying after awhile) I might also change it around so grass only blows during the day (at night grass looks... glow in the darkish) and so that grass only blows around on windy days. I probably make rain a bit more dense so It feels like a storm not a drizzle. I was think Of using SOME morrowind music. because some of it kinda does fit it SOME places in cyrodiil. Example : dance of sword seems like it would fit the Imperial City Arena pretty well. I go ahead and limit this to the 4E for those purests out there (if I do it that is).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qH4XH-AEYzo

^morrowind music^

If you actually came back here after clicking the link then I've pretty much said every thing I have to. I'll get back to work on the climate data now.

I achually ment new quests, this seems like it could stand alone but it at its true high when done together with skyobivion.  THe main quest of what ever would tie in with the old game, but why not have some small story lines, and dialouge commentry for a skeleton mod to use. Release it here and perhaps on the nexus as a place for modders to build their own quests in or something.  This seems like a good skeleton that you and the community here and perhaps other sites to build a story infrastrucure.

You just reminded me of something. It's heavily implied that the Dagonborn came from Cyrodil and got apprehended while passing into Skyrim. You have any plans for this?

Finally, a suggestion: The "time travel" spell will more than likely not just be given to you out of the blue. So that gave me an idea; instead of a spell, why not use an elder scroll? say the Dragonborn gets ahold of one of the scrolls within the remains of white-gold, does the ritual and gets "sent" to 3E Cyrodil as a result. Hell, could even give the entire thing a backplot. The Aldmeri claimed they stopped the Oblivion Crisis, right? Use this elder scroll reading to discredit them, that way the entire thing doesn't feel out of place.

As a kind of spin-off from @Geraldmason's comment, you could have the Dragonborn be the secret lost heir to a broken empire. Maybe Martin never really died, and ended up continuing the Septim line? These all sound pretty cliché, but I'm just throwing ideas out here.

@ ProtectorCrimson: I agree I think the 4E mods would work better with SkyBlivion and SkyWind then just alone. I was planning to have the a secret ending to both the 3E(skyblivion) and 4E(this mod) that connects the two. I mentioned in a private chat with frankist that I wanted to make mutple ending and what not, I could probaly make a secret ending where if you play Skyblion all the way you can get an alterant ending. Or, seeing as akatosh sends you to cyrodiil to fix the time anomolies, you might see a 4E person at the end of he Oblivion main quest that is or would become a main villain.

I can't Really release it on the nexus Because:

1: I would have to get permission from all the people here who worked on converting the meshes, grass, ect...

2: I would have to remake every single mesh and texture in use by the mod

3: there are a couple other issues not worth going into

I wouln't rule out a nexus realese but it probably in the FAR future.

Still I could probably realese a couple picture and and make a forum thread there but not much else.

@ Geraldmanson: I didn't really have any solid plans for the whole "you just came from cyrodiil" thing but I could do some thing like "someone in cyrodiil knows how you are", but I'd much rather change the begining to something like: you're on the run from the... Thalmor or somthing and you run into a cave with you and a couple other people who are running with you. after a short dungeon most of these other people get killed except one. you exit the cave and the thalmor capture you, kill you're  last friend and put you in a cart going to helgan (which is the normal start of the game). The only problem is you'll have to start a new character. I was also thinking you'll have to be atleast a level 15 before akatosh contacts and tells you to fix time (that or level 81 and you play in cyrodiil with legendary skills). I was also planning the time travel spell be given to you by akatosh... but not just because(probably after fix most time anomalies or after sufficiat quest  progression). You would have to find other ways to time travel until you get the spell. I like the idea of using an elder scroll to discredit the thalmor. It could be used as the first form of time travel before you get the spell. Of course if it's used as the FIRST form of time travel and your using it against the thalmor then I would expect that steal the scroll at some point. and you'll have to find another way to time travel.

@Jewelie: I'm not sure how the dragonborn could be a lost heir of the septim because although human and have off sping with elves the beast races can't reproduce with another races in the elder scrolls. Of couse being dagonborn is passed down more then just by blood. an example of this is that most of the septim were only adopted into tiber septims side of the family and were actually his brother's kids, yet there is no mention of Tiber Septim sibling also being dragonborn but we can clearly see Martin and Uriel are dragonborn (although they are not direct decendants of Tiber Septim and are actually his Great.........Great nephews).

Status update : I fixed all weather stuff I mention above. But I now need to completely reprogram the region data to suit the new fixes. I'm doing that as I speak. With music now playing in cyrodiil every thing is starting to a bit more alive. anyway I could go on for hours about other fixes but I'd rather not so cyrodiil is now better.

Okay, so say you're using the scroll to try and discredit them, what feels like a day using the scroll has only been something close to a couple hours story-wise. The Thalmor used that time to track you down, kinda "pull" you out of the reading, fight you while you're weak (Reading the scrolls tends to take a fair deal out of you), then they steal the scroll to try and find some way to undermine you. Hell, could even make the main antagonist a Thalmor mage who's looking to change the timeline to cement their power earlier to prevent the losses faced in the war, the additional footing + power; And that's why you need to correct the timeline. Like the Thalmor getting the scroll sets off a chain of events, which is where Akatosh comes in to set things straight.

I don't know how much you've planned out, so I'm just throwing this out there in case you do want the input.

I enjoy the input of those following the mod. Here is what I would do:

So you just go on a random side quest (seeming) adventure to recover a elder scroll for a moth priest  after the dungeon you return to the
(white gold) tower, read the scroll and see that the thalmor didn't end the Oblivion Crisis as they claim. Anyway the thalmor would have to at least try to appear as a friend to you and the empire so they smile in your face while they stab you in the back. So they couldn't directly assault you in public (and you can't just attack them either)so most of the battles with them would have to be handled in the wilds or dungeon, or some kind of private area where the public can't see the thalmor's treachery. Because the thalmor are trying to sway the other nation further against empire without looking like they are (I explained the reasons way up above) they can't been seen as a secretive group, and must handle there more sinister affairs behind closed doors. Those who lay claims against the thalmor must have no proof to verify their claims otherwise the thalmor lose some of their political power in Tamriel. So the adventure to weaken the thalmor also incorporates their political power in Tamriel as other areas where they out match the other nation of Tamriel.

I was thinking that the return of Alduin weakens Akatosh allowing mortals to take advantage of his slightly weakened state and control time which leads to time anomalies around cyrodiil. The issues with time have to be caused by something that has never happened before other wise "why are they just showing up now". Alduin has never tore a hole through time before and seeing as Alduin is the Nordic shadow brother of Akatosh, it would make sense that his return affected the flow of time.

Status update: I started redoing the region data to accommodate the new changes to music and weather. I just remembered how much I hate doing region data. the only way to be sure that the cell I'm editing is actually part of the correct region is to go there meaning by the time I'm done, I'll know cyrodiil better then... well I already know it better then most places so I'll just say.... I'll know it better then most people know Whiterun. Anyway this time around I've  added more detail to region data and location data, so if you walk out of skingrad it'll say "West Weald" instead of Wilderness Or Cyrodiil that way the player can get an idea of the shapes of the county without having to look at a out of game map.

I'll start putting up pictures of cyrodiil on the nexus. I mean they can't ban pictures, and it can only bring traffic to the site.

Also noted something humerous. You know how you talk with Sheo in Skyrim and how he's on vacation? With this mod in consideration you would've essentially been talking to yourself. But I digress, that seems feacible with the time-stream being weakened, though those who are abusing time would no doubt need to be considerably more powerful than your average high-ranking mage to even have a hope in understanding something so complicated.

The Dragonborn could get an excuse because y'know, Dovah. But how would this third party have discovered the uses of it, and better yet who would this third party be? I figured it would have been the Thalmor considering how they tend to behave alongside their magic prowess, but the way you worded that makes me think you've got someone else in mind.

As for the Nexus, that's a great idea. I don't see many ways you could go wrong with that. I've been showing some of the WIP images to friends of mine, I'll link the thread around if it helps at all.

@Geraldmanson: I was gonna handle time travel like the animus in assassin's creed. Where the dragonborn  sees the life of the "Champion of Cyrodiil" rather than the dragonborn is the "Champion of Cyrodiil" that way you're not talking to yourself from the future when you talk to sheogorath, and why you just do light the dragon fire yourself and forget all about Martin. Also it let's say the main bad guy goes back in time(note: you don't know he's the bad guy, akatosh just tells you to find someone who is controlling time and stop them) so seeing him in 3E in revelation to the dragonborn that this guy is the villain but not to the "Champion of Cyrodiil". Heck you could even put in a part, like the last time the champion can affect the 4E main quest you go to this dungeon and talk to akatosh. And akatosh says something like: "I do not wish to speak to you champion. but through you, to another". and at that moment the champion realizes that the dragonborn has been following his entire adventure  from afar. Maybe even the champion says something to the dragonborn. Of cource the dragonborn can't speak back but still. I guess upon after the conversion is over the game switchs to 4E and you see this room that was intact now in ruin. Just an idea

I was thinking the thalmor controlled time a bit differently then you do. You go back in time and see stuff, they try to materialize things from other times. maybe they try to materialize a massive aylied army and that why some of the ruins are guarded by thalmor.  I also wanted to have 1 thalmor guy to be the main villain, that way the player can have something to direct their anger towards, it makes things seem a bit more personal.

Status update: I fixed up a couple more thing and made more detail. I added stalls to the streets of the market distract of the Imperial City

ingot stall:[External image]

Potion stall:[External image]

food stall:[External image]

It's kinda hard to see because I was far away from it and the weather was overcasty

Scroll stall:[External image]

There are 4 more stalls on the same street and more on else where on other streets. I found 2 bugs: If you look at a create and draw a nordic sword the game will crash. The weather may change when entering the talos distict(from outside the city) but not when entering or exiting any other district or exiting the city itself. I think I know how to fix it.[External image]

Well I start fixing some other stuff and cluttering interiors.

Ahh, alright, I get it now. So it isn't time travel perse as much as it is "scrying". Thinking about it, that's actually rather difficult to explain. My apologies for not quite getting it a bit sooner, but the animus example gave me a good idea on what it was you were trying to convey.

I can guarantee you that I will end up robbing those stalls.

Formatting thing a bit different today

Cyrodiil update: I found the cause of those horrible spiraling trees. I have to rotate them at least 45 degrees in one direction, in the mean time AVOID TREES, it's an easy to fix but considering that there are 1000s of those trees it might be very time consuming. I added a dense fog to black wood as well as a true canopy(rather then just some region programing to make shadows more intense around the forests.[External image]

Well anyway, I think I should lighten up that fog some other wise I can already something jumping out of the fog, attacking you and then disappearing back into the fog. that might be cool the first couple time but after awhile it'll get real annoying, real fast, and people will probably end up modding either the fog or the enemies out of the game.

Well in the Imperial City did some simple tests I wasn't sure what I should do with the lighting of the white gold tower so I just made it a warm tone to fit the torches:[External image]Should I make warmer, colder, keep it the same, what? I got carried away with all the tests I did and well.......[External image]Just me about to assassinate a giant Braith the I spawned.[External image]I just stopped to look at this torch while giant Braith chased me down the hall.

Well more importantly the door ways felt a little cramped: [External image]

I would go on but I'll just get carried away like I did when I console commanded a giant Braith to me. So anyway interior maps worked for some reason.[External image]

anyway right now I'm making a custom asset for the throne room. Right now...[External image]... there isn't a throne. you can see a banner from all the cities except Kvatch and Sutch(I haven't decided what the banner should be yet).

Morrowind update: Made some ncp's for Morrowind, I also prepared an esp for Morrowind which contains all the vital things from skywind and Dragonborn. I kinda want to keep all the 4E stuff together so I'm probably gonna merge the morrowind 4E patch with the cyrodiil 4E patch and just a have one tamriel 4E patch. In other news I started making a decent story for Morrowind. I'm gonna see if I can barrow some Morrowind armor mods so I don't have to make a bunch of new stuff myself.

Spell update: I started making a line of new grenade spells: they move slow in the air and have a lot of gravity pull but they are very powerful. I also made some new spells exclusive to each race. Like Imperials have Fire Whirlwind and nords have Frost Whirlwind, High Elves have a wind based spell, and so on. These spells can be upgraded from there original novice rank to master rank (eventually). Like Fire Whirlwind(novice), becomes Fire Cyclone(adept), becomes Blaze Cyclone(Master). So another reason to pick the race you play as carefully.

SupremeEpicness,

if you feel like slandering the thalmor, i would definitely get in touch with MadFrenchie

Those mods are just slaughter house mods for the thalmor not much of a story to them other then beat this garrison here.

@Trytonlee: I don't need to slander the thalmor, they're trying to end the mortal cycle and erase humans from existence, I don't need to slander them I just need to make sure that the players who don't read the in game books and follow the lore online are aware of this fact.

@protectorcrimson: I agree, I don't want the player to just attack the thalmor and turn the mod into a blood bath. I mean it would make things to easy to just take the thalmor out as you find them. It also would give the thalmor a reason to destroy the empire. So instead you'll have to plot ways to defeat the thalmor. Instead of rampaging through one of their bases, you'll have sneak into one of their bases and find evidence to prove they are evil.

Another point is that the thalmor are the leaders of the aldmeri dominion, not the citizens. So the thalmor also have to maintain the appearance of being good to their own people as well as the empire's (other wise the people of the aldmeri dominion wouldn't want to fight the empire in a war the thalmor started or worse, they wouldn't want the thalmor in charge anymore).  Don't group all high elves as being thalmor or anti empire, that's main problem why the the nords.... let's just say aren't the popular race on tamriel right now. A lot of nords think just because the thalmor are bad that makes all elves bad (I'm looking at you grey quarter). This belief only spread hate across tamriel because now the other races do the same, saying because this nord treated me bad, that makes all nords bad. Anyway, remember the thalmor are only one group, they still need the support of the people in order to destroy the empire, and the way to do that is to make the empire break the white gold concordant. Just because the thalmor want to destroy the empire in a war that doesn't mean the people do. That's most likely why the white gold concordant was made in the first place. Which leads back to my first point, if you just attack the thalmor, then that only fuels their propaganda back in Alinor.

Possible: speech

"The thalmor put their lives on the line every day to speak with the empire and now the empire has sent an assassin to kill one of the counselor. If it wasn't for the effort of one of our agents they might have succeeded. This is a clear violation of the white gold concordant and a act of war"

And that's why you don't just attack them and turn things into a blood bath. The entire summerset isle isn't bad, just the leading faction. I see most of the high elves, wood elves and khajiit as being fooled by the thalmor, fooled into thinking that they ended the oblivion crisis, fooled into thinking that they ended the moon crisis, and fooled into thinking that the empire is the greatest villain on tamriel

With that said I'll move on to the status update:

Cyrodiil update:

umm... most of the thing I'm about to say are BORING so I'll  give it in nutshell mode

in a nutshell, I cluttered about have the interiors of the talos plaza district (in the imperial city of course) it would have been faster, but again I didn't want skyrim or stripped skyrim dependencies so I had to recreate the furniture manually, and that took a while so yeah anyway things should pick up the pace now. I also need to make retextured  of the new assets. Right now they all use one of the following combinations: Highland rock and highland moss grass, gold coast grass and lichen rock(2), Great forest grass(hd grass) and great forest rock 2, great forest grass and moss rock 2, Great forest grass and west weald rock 2. What missing is great forest grass and lichen rock seeing as that is used in the original assets, all other combinations don't have versions in use by the original assets (like gold coast grass, with highlands or great forest rock don't exist in game) so I would have to create an entire new rock/land static tile set and find a place to put it, if I were to use something like West weald rock and highlands moss grass. Other then Great forest grass and lichen rock, the only other thing I can't thing of is Great forest grass and highlands rock, but because that is only in such a small area and the new assets probably wouldn't even fit in such a small area I probably won't extend that a rock/land static tileset anytime soon. I might do it eventually as a modder resource but I don't see any use at the moment.  Well, other then a land fissure but the actual use of rock texures on land fissures is so minimal that if I put a land fissure thats is textured: Great forest grass and great forest rock2 in the nibenay basin which is mostly: great forest grass and moss rock2, you probably wouldn't notice it's out of place unless it is pointed out to you.

Texture key: Great forest grass is the most used texture in cyrodiil, it covers more then just the great forest

Great forest rock2 is the most used rock texture (more the rock1 or 3)

lichen rock is used near lake and rivers all across cyrodiil. moss is mainly used in the niben.

And highland texture are used in the colovian highlands.

The rest is kinda self explanatory like gold coast and west weald.

Spell update: I created another new spell and like most new ones it can be upgraded to a higher skill level, however this one start at adept (and moves up to expert and master via upgrading a the university) instead of novice and progressing through all skill levels. Not much else after that.

Morrowind Update: The actual world is still very far from completion and everything is subject to change so I'd rather not talk to much about it when most of the stuff I say most likely will change so instead I'll talk about how I merged the 4E morrowind esp with the cyrodiil one, and created a couple new ncps.

What do you think, is it fit for an emperor.

White gold tower:[External image]As I said before it is bigger then the last one.

I made a Mage armor stand:[External image]So this stand in the market district only sells mage armor. As you can see those are new static pieces(I didn't make em, they're from a modder resource by "Insainity Sorrow")Right next to it, is a carpet stand.[External image] I was wondering why all the people of Cyrodiil have rugs in their houses but there is no where to buy rugs. Anyway I was thinking that if you buy a house in Cyrodiil you'll have to go around Cyrodiil to furnish it, instead of simply talking to one guy. So if you have a house you can buy rugs for it here.

I also wondered the same thing about dishes so I made this stand:[External image][External image]

I made several other stands as well but... I stole all the items from them before I took a picture. So imagine some stands that sells weapon types (like this one sells axes the next one sells daggers).

I added Ivy to the talos plaza district:[External image][External image][External image]

Check out the staff shop of the market district:

[External image][External image] [External image]Each display case has a different staff in it. I was planning that if you open the display case you can choose to buy the staff (that way it feels like your shopping for items rather then just talking to someone).

Anyway I tried to combine the esm and esp together and it corrupted both so I got set back a bit. I would have just about all of the interiors of the Imperial City complete by now but I had a time getting things to run in game again, so yeah... that kinda sucks. Anyway the new furniture I mentioned in my last post is gone and so is the new water I made for the sewers (it was all green and stuff). So the sewer water is blue again. and the interiors need to be cluttered again.  most importantly is that the master is now, less custom, more just renamed old SkyBlivion master. Well, at least only have of the new "Great forest grass with lichen rock" stuff was lost (because of creation kit retexture function) so I guess I'm not set that far back but still the gorges are incomplete.

Will there be stuff like Cloud Ruler Temple for the Blades, and like ruins of Oblivian gates

Yeah, good point @Geraldmason, which leads me to the question of are there going to be any more moth priests and also, since in the dark brotherhood quest-line you kill the present emperor, will citizens and guards and nobles be talking about, and is there going to be a power vacuum?

Also will you be able to join the Fighters guild and the Mages guild. And there is also an island that you always see on maps of Cyrodiil that's out in the to the west of Anvil called like skirk or svirk or something and I've always wondered what it's like. And are there going to be Aylied ruins?

And also Daedric Shrines, and can you get to Cyrodiil by climbing the Jerall mts. that are in Skyrim
