Skyblivion Water

Hey guys, as you all probably know, Skyblivion is currently using Skyrim's water. The development is very early on but for future reference maybe we need to get permission from the owner of a water mod like W.A.T.E.R or pure waters to use for Skyblivion. I'm sure many of you will agree that Skyrim's water doesn't suit Cyrodiil :)

Skywind's water made me

Skywind's water made me realize how fugly Skyrim's vanilla water really is. I started playing Skyrim with mods, and never seen vanilla water until Skywind. The water looks like freaking Jello.

You just create a patch for

You just create a patch for Skyblivion and any other water mod you want, no need for any permissions. Water is defined in WRLD worldspace records, so making such patch will require 3-5 minutes with TES5Edit.

I'm using Pure Water, I can't

I'm using Pure Water, I can't imagine ever playing without it again it's absolutely beautiful. In SkyBlivion, would I be able to use it in Cyradil?

@VforValence

I'm not really a developer yet so I don't know much about modding, but maybe it could be in the next update or something. The moderators seem to like the idea of using different water to Skyrim's so we'll see what we can come up with!
