Morrowind Dark Brotherhood Assassin in Cyrodiil.

Someone else had this problem in the past and it was a closed issue, well, I was sleeping to level up in the Imperial City when a Morrowind assassin attacked me. It's not that big of a deal but shouldn't Dark Brotherhood assassins stay in Morrowind, especially when you can join the Dark Brotherhood in Oblivion?

Just a very minor thing, if this is even being worked on anymore.
