Ash Slaves magic causing crash!

So I try to enter one of the caves with ash slaves to exterminate them, and when ash slaves become hostile towards you they cast some sorta magic which shortly after causes the game to crash. I've tried reloading the game a few times and it keeps doing it.

I don't have any mods that change ash slaves or magic in the game.

Yes I'm launching with OBSE (I have it added to my steam library as a non-steam game so I can get the steam browser in the overlay)

I've attached my mod list\load order as seen in Oblivion Mod Manager. Those extra mods you see that arent activated where some mods that I downloaded hoping to use them with Morroblivion, but they're useless with the current Morroblivion so I dont need them (too lazy to remove the files right now)

(Running on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1)
