Hello, I've finally decided to post my first post because I've decided to take on making the shalk creature model. I've already started created the shalk but it was based on the wrong concept art (http://forum.wiwiland.net/uploads/gallery/album_2/gallery_14104_2_5469.jpg)
So it came out like this

I however have decided to try again and make it closer to lore.
Yeah never delete ANYTHING in my opinion. That could be edited a bit to make a menacing looking Kwarma Queen.^ Even if you make something that is unusable for Skywind, keep working on it and finish it using your own imagination.
Make things that are completely unrelated to Skywind, and completely unrelated to each other as practice. For example, make a fish, and then make a wolf. Make a hand gun, and then make a baseball. You will learn unique techniques for each model you make, which you will remember and be able to use in the future.
How to make scales from the fish, how to make fur from the wolf, how to make hard metal surfaces from the handgun, how to make dried leathery skin from the baseball.
Those are just examples, make whatever you want.
I could try but I have to warn you that I'm relatively green in terms of modeling and it's going take me a bit of work to learn all the kinks and tricks to the trade.
hey! dont delete it, you are
hey! dont delete it, you are very close to the kwama queen model :) [External image]
think you can reshape it to become the kwama queen?
