Tentative vampire lord/werewolf like perk tree

I'm trying to make a new skill tree for a transformed form, ala vampire lord/ werewolf.

so far, if I duplicate the Vampireperks AV and edit the perk tree, there is a different perk tree between the two, they are not shared. but I have no idea how to actually make that perk tree "level up". any suggestions?

update: just duplicating the AV will not work. the esp crashes on subsequent loads. one only has to hope that ShadeMe (over BG forums) can create a CK plugin which fixes this. as no other unused AV enables actual perk tree selection.
