when i start up morrowind via skywind it starts me off in a grey void, i can see the npcs where the ship should be and the other prisoner starts talking to me before i start endlessly falling. im not much of a modder so im unsure what went wrong

you probably put things in the wrong folder... did you make sure to download the complete installation pack too?
yes i downloaded it
did you use the skywind installer? did you check skywind in the launcher?
yes i used the installer and it was checked in the launchers data files
did you drag and drop the data folder from the complete installation pack into your skyrim root folder? do you have the latest skyrim version? do you have any mods that may conflict?
my skyrim is up to date, i disabled other mods, am i supposed to remove the data file from Skywind_v0.6.03_RC1_Complete_25thMay13 and combine it with the data file in the skyrim root folder?
you just drag and drop the data folder from Skywind_v0.6.03_RC1_Complete_25thMay13 into the skyrim root folder and click merge
ok that works except everyone is naked lol. took forever for the guard to come down even then he didnt untie my hands

i know its alpha i was curious if it was like that for everyone or if i still had something incorrect
is it the same way for the v0.8 version? im having the same problem.
