In fact the teleporter is present, but you have to TCL to take the teleporter at the back of the trap door.

Yes, I have an issue with the trap door to get out of the boat.
The activator on the trap is facing out of the boat.
My Morroblivion installation is 4 days old.
Did you already fix that or it is inherent to my Morroblivion setup ?

All 3 doors work fine for me, so it's something with your setup.
Did you use the Complete Installation or separate archives?

By 'teleporter' you mean the load door?
I can get in and out of all 3 areas of the ship without issues.
