can't continue quest, dialogue not there

I just started playing this, and I love it so far!

The only problem right now is that I'm stuck in the main quest line. The appropriate dialog to continue doesn't seem to be there.

The dialogue for the orc Sharn gra-Muzgob should have my quest about the errand (in order to finish it). But it has no word "errand". I saw a walktrhough on youtube and I did what he did (got the skull) but she doesn't ask about the errand (but when I try to ask about the Nerevarine cult, she says I must complete the errand, which she won't let me turn in!).

Is there a way to skip this? On USEP the quest code is A1_4_Muzgoblnformant and the index should be 15. What can I type into the console? I never used the morrowblivion console.
