Hey :) This mod really developed since the last time I worked on it :D you guys are doing amazing work :D but I found a problem when I installed the latest version of Morroblivion...
It seems that many people don`t have any topics. After I start talking to them I just see a blank space where the rumors button should be and other questions that I could ask a person...I have tried different load orders but I doesn't`t fix that problem.

Can you give some examples of which NPCs don't have topics?
Did you start a new game or used existing character for Morroblivion?
Did you complete the 'intro' in Census and Excise Office?
Also, post your full load order.
