Ok I've tried to install morroblivion via thermadors complete installation : ( http://morroblivion.com/forums/morroblivion/mods/2173 )
Made certain Morrowind_ob.esm came after Oblivion.esm in the load order.
But so far its not working. Any advice? I was especially concerned about *how* I was supposed to extract the complete installation. It said to put it into data files. Do I put it all straight in their? Do I make a new folder in the data section (what I did)? Do I take individual files and put them in a specific place (for examp: all music to music, all sound to sound, etc.)?

When you extract the .7z
When you extract the .7z files, you want to match them up to your oblivion folder:
So, if Oblivion is installed in C:\Games\Oblivion\
and Oblivion's data folder is C:\Games\Oblivion\Data\
and Morroblivion comes with the folders:
\Meshes\
\Textures\
\Sound\
etc.
All that stuff goes in C:\Games\Oblivion\Data\
so that you maintain the folder structure that the game wants:
C:\Games\Oblivion\Data\Meshes\
C:\Games\Oblivion\Data\Textures\
C:\Games\Oblivion\Data\Sound\
etc.

I'm not certain I understand what you mean by "control" my game, do you mean something like the oblivion mods manager? ( I have that if so)
My Oblivion game & Morroblivion stuff is installed in a folder of there own in the C: directory
I have a GOTY Oblivion , I don't have any unofficial service packs and just have windows 7 ultimate service pack 1.

I've done as you guys said,then looked at the FAQ, looked at posts from other people having problems similar tom me, tried changing load order based off that , didn't work., re-installed, still doesn't work.
Any other suggestions? (Note: No crashes, just it plays oblivion as normal)

See if you Game Will Start

are useing GOTY Version with Shivering Isles and a Service Pack for Oblivion
