Hello :)
This adds two map markers to travel back and forth between Skyrim and Morrowind.

The marker to travel to Morrowind is situated at the east of Riften, where the developers left a path with a gate to Morrowind. You will be teleported on the prisonner ship in Seyda Neen.
I'm actually working on adding two different scripts to each marker, which will change the current year: when you travel to Morrowind, the year changes to 3E427, and when you go back to Skyrim, the year become 4E201. But I don't know much on papyrus so any help is appreciated! :)
Also digitalparanoid if you make a MCM configurator, maybe it would be cool to integrate this mod to the MCM, I could help you doing it but as I said, I don't know much about papyrus... :(

Hi Alex,
what do you have in mind for integrating this to Skywind Facts & Configurator ?
I think we're going to keep all travel mods optional...
I'm sleep deprived, so I might miss something :)
Anyway, good job ! Just one point. Isn't the prisoner boat supposed to leave seyda neen at some point ?
Hey,
so I was thinking instead of making this optional, just make it toggle-able. I mean, if you hit "Disable fast travel" these markers will disappear, or/and add another option to only allow fast travel between Skyrim and Morrowind. As you want :)
And I don't know what you're talking about, never played morrowind :P You mean during the main quest or something the boat leave seyda neen ?
yes. It's no longer here at some point, IIRC

Got it, so I move it to the center of Seyda Neen right ?
maybe on the pier ? Or if that makes sense to have a boat stay in seyda neen, it's not an issue for me.
Yeah, maybe I can add a skyrim boat, with an npc like in Dragonborn... Will see what is possible :)
Id love to have a fast travel mark for cyrodil :D
Also, i think it would be awesome to eventually have it all in one map, from cyrodil to morrowind all on the skyrim map
Hey guys, just downloaded the mod today and it looks pretty awesome, but I've run into a bit of an issue with the map switching between Skyrim and Morrowind. The problem is that when I switch in-game to Morrowind, I still have the Skyrim map when I bring up the map; the locations in Morrowind still all show up, but the map image is still Skyrim. Not sure if this is a known issue, but if it is I would like some help.
do you have the morrowind map when you start in morrowind ? If not you're certainly missing the LOD files.
i think MCM will be great we can revive a menu for MCM that will let you keep track of your guild / faction progress like the mod Achive that http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/30212//? just change the achivments to faction progress
Digital already has something planned for that.

Poor Digital, I remember how disappointed he was when nobody bothered to respond to his post on updating it, but I made him feel better by telling him that when people don't post, it at least means it's not broken. =p
It would be cool if there was an alternate start to Morrowind's main quest and you could import your Skyrim character. I know that's completely and utterly screwed up because of the time line, but it's just an idea haha.
LA there will be something like this. Maybe when you travel to morrowind you get a note that triggers the main quest... Maybe a courrier comes and finds you.... That will exist both ways so you can start where you want and play both games (all 3 with skyblivion!) with the same char. We will provide basic, Anyone can make a mumbo jumbo mod to explain!
Exactly what I'm talking about. Pure awesomeness :D
How about letting us travel through time with an Elder Scroll? That is not only already ingame, even more it would be Lore-Friendly. But an Elder Scroll should not be delivered with an normal Courier.
I would rather like to see following: An Moth Priest is harassed by a group of Thalmor. They want to get the Scroll, but he refuse and there is a fight. If you save the Moth Priest, he will give you the Scroll, since you are the one who is fated to use it. If you cannot save the Moth Priest, the Thalmor could pick up the Scroll, tries to read it and die. Either way, you should get it in the end (maybe an extra-reward if you don't fail to save the Moth Priest)
If possible there should be two zones in Skyrim (like on the Throat of the World) where you can read the elder scroll; one near the Entrace to Morrowind, and one to the Entrace to Cyrodiil. When you read inside the Zone in the Elder Scroll, you travel through time and awaken either in the Boat in Skywind or in the Prision in Skyblivion.
The Moth-Priest-Event could either be a random event or a small quest that you gain from the Innkeeper in Riverwood or Whiterun.
After you traveled one time with the elder scroll, the map-marker should become visible; AFTER you either completed the small quest in Seyda Neen OR after you leaved the Sewer (but then, you shouldn't be able to fast travel indoors anyway).
Why don't you use other markers than the ones found on Solstheim? I don't imagine it to be all that difficult to create a few city logos, based on previous game content. Also, a lot of the dungeon/strongholds should be using different logos. That's just like, my opinion though.
Map markers images are hardcoded in the game. It is not difficult - it is impossible.
How can i start the main quest, when i ported to Morrowind?
Console commands.
I think it is possible to start the main quest by talking to Seccucius Ergalla in cencus office in Seyda Neen
Original post updated, apparently you don't need to have Dragonborn. Do not ask me why.
Yes, but what are those console commands. Talking to the fellow inside results in nothing. I've tried to find how to move the stages of the quest forward, but not having any luck. Anyone have the exact console command to move the quest into active?
Is This Finished ?
