I hope I'm posting this in the right topic. I would like to apply for a job as a developer for Skywind.
I'm student for business informatics and i want to expand my coding abilities. I know how to code in c/c++ and also with databases mostly with oracle.I'm not that familiar with the skyrim modding tool kit, but I also would like to expand my abilities in this area.
You don't have to apply for anything around here, it's quite informal on these forums. Basically you just have to work on quests and post screenshots/videos of your progress (Since you're interested in coding). Make sure you know what needs doing so that someone else isn't do it.

Quest scripting all the way man. Any coding at a c++ level would be more for the Elder Scrolls community and involving yourself for a year. No coder has stuck with the project truly. It just is what it is. But scripting quests is something you can learn and help with straight way :)
Man, I wish I were taking C++ instead of FORTRAN next semester. Then I could finally be useful. :/
