As many of you know, Oblivion has recieved an amazing upgrade to it's character's faces that make them look skyrimized/morrowindized (see link above)
This aspect of modding is beyond me, but it seems that at the rate that the mod author is progressing on the mod himself, some of this forums more experianced modders could use this mod as a base (the author has given his permission for such things) and use it to improve Morroblivions faces.

You can use this mod with Morroblivion without a patch and most NPCs will look alright anyway.
Patch can be created, but it will require going through all Morroblivion NPCs manually.
