hello team morrowblivion. Private Darden again. I'm what you might call a player that can't move to the next zone until something is finished. I have the starting quest still to find fargoths hiding place but he never goes to it. No mater if you go to the lighthouse or not he never goes. He stays crouched down in his house during the night hours.
Any help would be greatly welcomed.

Got the same thing going on. Fargoth didn't leave the house anymore. EVER. I fixed it in spawning a clone of him with the placeatme-command outside of his house, and the Fargoth-clone directly crouched to the treestump at night. I disabled him afterwards to not have two Fargoths.
It obviously has something to do with that he can't open his door (which is locked) or something like that.
I wondered if there was a problem with this quest when I started playing but there isn't, the quest is simply triggered earlier in Morroblivion than it is in Morrowind.
In Morrowind it was triggered after 10pm but in Morroblivion it's 8pm. Try being at the top of the lighthouse for 7.45pm and see what happens.
I remember having this problem when I first started out. I beleive this quest cannot be done on the first day because he spawns in an unusual spot inside his house and eventually floats towards his bed (haven't confirmed in CS). I found out by finding his id in an old playthrough and using "player.moveto 0181f7c4" in a new game and found him treading water in open space inside his house. By the time he reaches his bed, it is past the scheduled time and just ends up lurking in his house. It can be completed by moving him to solid ground using "prid 0181f7c4" and "moveto player" while standing anywhere in Seyda Neen.

I have the same problem, Fargoth just sneeks around in his house and doesnt come out. Could anyone write me the exact command for the cheats please? I tried player.placeatme 0181f7c4 - it didnt work. I tried 0181f7c4.moveto player - it didnt work. it would be really helpful when writing about cheat commands to write down every exat one =) so please: any help for me? =(
Nevermind, the quest worked, you really have to wait an iname day or two, then Fargoth comes out of his house. =)
Did anyone fix the problem because now I am having the same issue with Fargoth's Hiding Place.
Never mind after I posted that, I got back on morroblivion and fargoth was outside of his house and i just waited and did what he was supposed to do.
