[Relz] No Skyrim loadscreens in Skywind

This simple plugin puts an extra condition on all Skyrim vanilla loadscreens so that they don't appear when in Morrowind (Vvardenfell, Solsthein - Skywind, Mournhold).

When in Skyrim (or any other worldspace), regular loadscreens should show up as usual.

This is best used with Fan art wallpaper loading screens by happychappy, in order to be fully immersed in Morrowind!
