I started a new Skywind game as a Dark Elf. After entering Seyda Neen I tried out third person. My character's body had a light blue tint over the entire surface. It appears like the frozen/cold effect in Skyrim when say, an Ice Dragon "breathes ice" on you. It wasn't there during character creation, but afterwards I saw it. I've played about 40 minutes in and it's still there.

Yeah, this happens... Have you tried choosing another race, for now?
So I tried testing other races and in the process found out what actually determines that effect happening. That only happens once the player selects The Thief as their birthsign. I tested the others and The Thief is the only one that does it
