You didn't install something correctly. Literally every single mesh needs to be under the tes4 folder, no exceptions - I had this problem too a while back. Installing the Gkb trees thing I never understood to put it plainly.
You could try to re-install and run the installer as admin.
You have morrowind on ur pc right? just to be sure :p
