I had entered the Ancestral tomb near Seyda Neen and as soon as I took my sword out and made contact with the Ancestral Ghost I CTD.

Does it happen with some particular weapon or with any weapon?

Loaded a save from when i first got to Seyda Neen , have all ready done Quest for Andrano Ancestral tomb, Re_Did Andrano Ancestral Tomb Plus Thelas Ancestral Tomb plus Samarys Ancestral Tomb,,
Check your Windows to see if it is 64bit if so run 4gig Patch, Try Re_arange Load Order Below Morrowind_ob.esm, to See if it Helps,,
Ancestral Ghost has an Error, fly's around with it death Item attached, but it has not been Crashing Game.
