yea... anyway, it's a global problem.... on every forum/media there are tons and tons of haters, who have nothing better than to insult people, just because they can or that the contents doesn't fit their needs, as if they would have payed for it...

thats a different issue. skyblivion is a direct port, although you still need oblivion to run, they're not making their own assets, not sure how that affects the legality.

From what i see atm, all

From what i see atm, all visual resources are unique in Skywind, either done by you guys from scratch or taken from Skyrim. The only things that could be subject to legal issues is the use of texts (quests / story ). But even here some backdoors are open since most of them are on Morrowind Wiki sites or TES databases alongside other information and art. Cause for example if i take some quests from the Morrowind Thieves Guild story and i introduce them in the Skyrim story (kill X , poison Y etc), i don't think it will raise an eyebrow... or how people introduce in Skyrim books featured in previous series which were not present in the current game.
