I've been finding a lot of this ";CODE NOT LOADED" lately while browsing through quest and scenes..
Anyone know how to fix?

yes the skywind - patch.bsa
yes the skywind - patch.bsa contains the scripts and need to be extracted. When you update to the next version of skywind, to avoid conflicts you either need to remove all scripts (prefixed by fbmw) or to unpack the new version and overwrite.

Yes, you need to extract them from the Skywind patch.esp file. I believe Paranoid even states this several times in the FAQ (I've been found guilty of forgetting to do this step).
