Drarayne Thelas (http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Drarayne_Thelas) house is locked from the inside when you are inside. You go visit her to talk about the Fighter's guild quest "Exterminator", and her door is unlocked from the outside, but locked from the inside - so you have to play the lockpicking game to get out! Happens every time - the door gets automatically locked.

This should (hopefully) be fixed in the next version.
