Daedric Ruin Doors

I'm kinda stuck on making the daedric ruins doors, what I'm thinking is putting the symbols of daedric princes on the doors since most of the daedric ruins are dominated by a specific prince. Meaning I'd be making multiple door textures, like a moon and star on Azura's door, stuff like that. Feedback?

What I mean is make a daedric texture for a door and make them unique for each daedric prince. I'll have a moon and star carved into Azura's ruins, I'm thinking either a pitchfork or a bat for Molag bal, I'm not sure for malacath, sheogorath, and boethia though.

For Sheogorath you could have that face texture off the Wabbajack? Or the Shivering Isles boxart thing? You could put the door where his mouth is.

I don't know about the other two.

Boethiah is typically shown

Boethiah is typically shown as a caped swordsman so a symbol per-se may be difficult to come by. One thing I could suggest for him/her may be the design of the sacrificial altar present in Skyrim by his shrine or goldbrand since Boethiah seems to be always depicted with it.

The symbol of the sheogorath

The symbol of the sheogorath face is a good idea but it is also a little too complicated, not that its hard, its that I'm trying to go a little minimalist on the symbol design. Just something simple.

Not really, in morrowind and oblivion he had an axe instead of a sword. Only other time depicted with a sword was in daggerfall.

Boethiah is the daedric prince of deceit, conspiracy, secret plots of murder, assassination, treason, and unlawful overthrow of authority, I think that's as much symbols as one gets.

Boethiah's realm is sometimes

Boethiah's realm is sometimes referred to as Snake Mount, maybe a snake coiled in the shape of the Altar from Skyrim?

And for Sheogorath, now I'm thinking something that has nothing to do with Sheogorath. That seems like something that Sheogorath would do.

Remember its not Sheogorath

Remember its not Sheogorath who made the door. If he had it his way it would probably have cheese on it. Its his followers that have made the shrine I assume?

I'm sorry to drag this topic

I'm sorry to drag this topic back if you aren't actually planning on going through with it, but:

The Anticipations

Azura: The Moon-and-Star emblem associated with the Nerevarine or just the star.

Boethiah: A stylized Hunger

Mephala's Altar (Morag Tong HQ): Spider web

The House of Troubles

Malacath: Either a falchion or a smith's hammer. (DO NOT CROSS THESE)

Mehrunes Dagon: A crescent

Molag Bal: A burning stone

Sheogorath: This one I'm having a tough time with. Perhaps some sort of odd, misshapen blob?

These are based on either the lore behind them, symbols associated with them, or come from their artifacts. This list is, of course, just a bunch of suggestions from the top of my sleep-deprived head, so take that as you will.

I am doing these, I just work slowly. Mephala does not have any daedric ruins

She does, however, have a shrine in the Morag Tong headquarters that could use some sprucing up. In Morrowind it's just a plain velothi altar.

i think sheogorath's door

i think sheogorath's door should be half one color half another (preferably, purple as one and either red or green as the other) with a face of insanity in the middle. either that or the center symbol would be half and half?

You don't seem to understand what this topic about. The Morag Tong headquarters are not Daedric ruins and do not have Daedric doors.

It will be pretty easy to

It will be pretty easy to create a mesh that can be added over each shrine and it would make it more erm.. distinctive? Soi say it's a pretty good idea.

Without using any Skyrim assets, right? I think this would be a great idea if we did this!
