Purple textures

I know the faq says that this = missing textures, and to try again, but I have and several textures are purple.

1) Installed Morrowind and Oblivion, clean

2) Ran the Morroblivion installer

3) Dumped all 7 of the resources folders into the Oblivion data folder, followed by the hotfix

4) Dumped the unofficial oblivion patch into the Oblivion data folder

5) Installed OBSE, confirmed to be working

6) Installed the silent voice fix

7) Used NMM to turn on archive invalidation and set my load order to:

Load Order

Oblivion.esm

Morrowind_ob.esm

Morrowind_ob - UCWUS.esp

Morrowind_ob.esp

Morrowind_ob - Conversation.esp

Morrowind_ob - Unique Grass

Morrowind_ob - Morroblivion Tree Replacer.esp

Morroblivion_Chargen_And_Transport_Mod_v10.esp

Morrowind_ob - Morroblivion Maps.esp

Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp

UOPS Additional Changes.esp

Did I miss anything?
