Began the game as a new character in Morrowind, First thing I noticed was that Juib has no speech past the first intro video. Secondly, neither of us have any animation whatsoever, thirdly, the guard never comes to take me off the ship. I've tried beginning the game over again around 4 or 5 times to see if it was some sort of script error, but alas the problem repeats. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You seem to misunderstand the purpose of bug trackers. This isn't a support forum. Keep issues dedicated to one task or bug and make your description as helpful as possible (for instance, it is likely some of the issues you are experiencing are because of Skyrim mod incompatibilities).
