Missing objects

i installed morroblivion using obmm, and i have also installed the CNME mod, and as soon as i arrive in the bottom of the boat, some parts of the walls are pink, i realise this is caused by missing textures, but i dont know how to fix this. When i exit the boat it gets worse however, as soon as i go outside, i am immediately underwater, and when i swim to the surface, all other npc's are swimming around, there is no land, no map, the boat has gone, no houses, the only things that are visible are rocks, trees and doors. can anyone please help me with this?
