Random map... Please help!

I just uninstalled a few mods to make my FPS go higher and when I got back into Morrowind, the map is way below where it should be. All of the map markers are below Vvardenfell (on my map) so dagon fel is only just where Vivec should be on the map, but apart from that all is fine in the world of Morroblivion. So any help would be a great favor! Please help!!!

Uninstall any menu replacing mods.

You have not indicated which mods you have installed, nor which ones you disabled, so that makes any sort of troubleshooting nearly impossible. However, icons get messed up because of the dimensions of the world. One of the mods you still have installed must be causing this. Try having World Transport load last. That should reset the dimensions of the world to what they are supposed to be.
