a few graphics problems

these aren't really that big of a problem but how do upgrade the water graphics it doesn't move or anything when i run around it also few textures that have random colors like the plant in the first image. There are some textures that are blurred out like the walls of the house in the pic the roof and doors are fine then the walls aren't anyway to fix this? [External image] [External image]

Not Water

Not all water in Morrowind is really "water." Not all of it is disturbed when you walk through it. That's a limitation of the game; they are using fake water in several places for several types of things. The plant looks to me like it is landscaping from Oblivion, not an object from Morrowind. Is it a named item like Black Anther? If not, if you cannot interact with it, then it is landscaping from Oblivion, and you need to check what other mods you have installed that change or affect landscaping. Unique Landscapes and Natural Environments come to mind.

ok i found out what the problem is it reset my graphic settings so the water details and ripples were all off and now im messing around with it more but thanks for the help. just because i think its funny I'm currently trying to fix this problem and i don't know what setting is causing it yet. Yes it is upside down in the game ill figure it out thanks for the help. EDIT: fixed it i just had to switch from first to third person and back and it went back to normal. [External image]
