Carnius Magius keeps stating that I should wait "Check back when construction has progressed some." I have waited about two ingame weeks and nothing has happened.
He should be telling me that he wants me to escort the three gentlemen to Raven Rock.
I just tested it and I can confirm this bug. Something must have gone wrong while merging because there are dialogue topics in the master now that take priority over the ones that should be said. I know these weren't there before because I tested this before the merge extensively. That or I must have really missed something. I'll get to it as soon as possible but that might be as late as this weekend.
Edit: This should fix it, though I don't know if there are more topics that mess up the priorities.

Could it be causing Missing Supply Ship Quest, to Activate it Self when you run by Ship Wreck i posted under Worth Looking At
I never saw that report, sorry about that. Strange how the first few quests seem to be somewhat bugged because those were already done when I started and I didn't really do anything with them. The supply ship bug was already in the previous master, I just forgot about it I guess. It will be fixed ASAP. I'll post all future bugfixes in the East Empire Company Release thread.

AfterJoining East Empire Company, Talk to Carnius Magius about Assignment all he says is about comming back when work has advanced further .. Is not Activating when you ask him for Assingment.. Clip is form first joining East Empire Company.
