Also I wanted to ask you something, the NPCs dialogues in Morrowind go by really fast; I rarely have enough time to read what they say...is there a way to fix that? You need Ely's Universal
You need Ely's Universal Silent Voice for that, which is also listed as a requirement.
I suggest you read the readmes for both OBSE and Silent Voice. Without OBSE working a lot of Morroblivion's features won't be working properly.
