Oooh, I like no. 1, but I really have no idea what this topic has to do with chickens.

English isn't his first language as is the case with a lot of people around here. Please take that into consideration :)

Ah okay, well I meant nothing by it, sorry if I caused offense [External image]

Would be interested to know what this topic is about though!

Don't worry I'm sure you didn't. I believe he's planning on modelling some or all of those insects to get into the game as part of the world's neutral creatures.

One thing new in Skyrim is ambient bugs. I believe this is what this is.

this image should explain what he wanted to say :)

Bugs would make a perfect addition to the environment of Vvardenfell. Imo they are much more likely on the way up the vulcano than sceevers e. g.

@Kurasaki: you will be making ambient creatures from Fury_on's concepts? It would be great if you could describe in detail tech side of the process of developing. I wish to make some social insects and their kind-of-termitary (especially if new nix hound is ant-eater) ?

I think (4.) could be larval form of Netch that will be good in natural caves (may be based on old-style betty netch). It can be analog of firefly and ambient source of light in uninhabited caves.

#2

Glowbugs could be replaced by Netch larvae though, that is indeed a neat little idea.

Wow, nice start with that dragonfly! About the 4-th concept - wait a little bit, I will finish that crature in colour and make some changes, than it will be ready for a modelling.

That looks kinda Falloutesque. Might just be the colours.

hmm, looks a bit disproportionate but it might just be the angle.

Yeah. The wings are a little bit too small for the body. It would not be able to fly.

Those wings are bigger in proportion than a Bumble Bee's.  I still think that's just a trick of the angle, though.  Besides, this thing wouldn't be too large in scale - maybe 6 inches long or so?

It needs just a bit wider thorax. With that abdomen&head may be even like that (ant female of Atta genus):

Ho yes!!! Great work Kurasaki, I want to see those things roaming the waters of the Bitter Coast :D

wow, awesome! And about a bee - when a made a concept, I use a photo of the ancient bee catched in amber like a reference, so proportions are correct ;)

> bee in amber
= so this creature will be real bee (or even less) size?
In MW i am not so sure about insects size :P

give amber image if you have, please.
