Can't advance Morag Tong quest "A Contact in the Dark Brotherhood"

I go back to Eno Hlaalu and select every dialog option possible and he just keeps giving me instructions when I already did everything. The quest marker is on him telling me to report to him to end the quest, so the markers are updating but his dialog isn't changing. I did start his special jobs as soon as he would give them, way before finishing the regular writs and I'm only a white thrall. Is that a problem?

edit: I checked uesp and it says you can do his special quests once you become a thrall. So he didn't give it to me early as a glitch.

In Morrowind, you have to do

In Morrowind, you have to do multiple quests, plus with having the proper skills to rank up in guilds. Like in Oblivion

I'm just saying it doesn't seem right, seems like a glitch. I actually received the quest and now I can't end it by turning in my findings as my journal and map marker are telling me to do.

What you are describing is the conditions that would prevent me from being assigned the quest in the first place.

The Last Quest Log Entry is ( I Spoke with Tarazami and she Agreed to Meet with Eno Hlaalu ) Quest Marker is pointing at Eno Hlaalu But there is Nothing in His Dialog to Complete the Quest.

Deleted Save and Replayed.

Thanks, although it was unusual. If you need to advance rank to finish the quest, I think you shouldn't have gotten it to begin with.

I'm having the same problem.

I'm having the same problem. Received the quest, got to the stage where I'm instructed to return to Eno to turn the quest in, but none of his dialog will allow me to do so. From what you guys said, I need to reach Thinker rank to turn the quest in, correct?
