Selling Stolen items | Morroblivion

Hi,

I don't understand how to sell stolen items :

I've read the faq and this post : http://tesrenewal.com/oblivion/morroblivion-problems/1221 Where it's being say :

Oblivion was that Morrowind's theft system made it VERY easy to become rich by selling stolen stuff, and could quickly unbalance the game. In Oblivion, they tied it to the quests for the Thieves guild. Morroblivion in between - you just have to FIND a thieves guild member before you can sell stolen stuff, which is not that hard.

I've joined the thief guild, did 2 missions in Balmora, but i still can't sell stolen items

What can i do to sell stolen items ?

I think Phane Rielle and Sottilde in Balmora should be able to buy stolen goods from you. But only during certain hours.

Ok so it works like oblivion, only the thief guild can buy you stolen items? (And the camora tong too it seems in balmora it was buying items too).

There's a problem with that. For instance, 1/ i have some alchemist material, i couldn't find any fence to sell it (i went to a lot of different place, but maybe i'm missing one). 2/ i play the morrowind way, deactivated the GPS and fast travel, and you don't go to some place super far away just to sell stuff...

Thanks, Vex. Yesterday night i ended up in Caldera and found the Creeper (i totally forgot about him, my last run of Morrowind is too old...). I couldn't sell all my stolen stuffs but some part yes. Maybe i need to achieve the mercantile skill of 50 so he can buy everything.
