Delyna Mandas in Tel Fyr

She tells me that she will give me her locket after she is out of Tel Fyr, but she doesn't. Is there a short CS solution an amatuer can fix, or the problem is with me rather than morroblivion.

Well after completeing another quest/while traveling around) she said NOw I am safe, and here's my locket, so problem solved!

You probably had not led her far enough away from the entrance.

I fast traveled first, then returned and moved to Sadrith More on foot.

I don't know whats wrong with this quest, but i had to use console to get to the next stage

Actually, it can be done. She just understands she is free, after you complete two-three other quests.

As I had said before, you need to bring her far enough away. There is a marker by the boat to the right she is looking for. I have tested this quest and it works fine for me.
