In Morroblivion, Ogrim are extremely resistant. It seems their health is far much superior than Golden Saint which are supposed to be stronger. Is that on purpose?

There in nothing wrong with Killing Ogrim, Player turned Down 30 Shielding,Reflect Spell 10,Reflect Damage 10, Level 27 you can Kill Ogrim with Hopefire , Clip is only Playing Games nothing serious about killing the Ogrim.
They are not Difficult to Kill.
It's not really the difficulty, it's just that they are much more powerful than the Golden Saint which is normally, not the case (according to the uesp wiki).
Problem is poor old Ogrim would not Stand a Chance under Oblivion Engine at His Movement Speed so he has to Have Something Going for Him to Give him a Chance.
Well, other creatures use their Morrowind stats, so I don't see why Ogrim should be any different.

It seems the Ogrim is set to level with the character in Morroblivion. One of the worst Oblivion features imho. This file should fix this for you, setting its values to the Morrowind ones.
