After you kill a coprus stalker, you should have been able to give the bad news to his wife Moroni Uvelas, however a topic does not appear.

Just "Killing a Stalker" is not enough. You need to have Danar Uvelas's ring, which Moroni will recognize.

That might have been the problem. I would have checked it out but unfortunately I made a wrong quicksave, so my character is gone...
