Mod starts, but main quest won't. What's the console command to kick the main quest into start mode? I thought there was a list of them somewhere, but I'm not seeing it in searches for the forum.

Well yes. I tried also the very nicely laid out Google Docs doc, but it doesn't list the stages (which I thought were following the Morrowind stages. Quest ID is 01f0a28d from various sources, but every stage I've tried = no go. When I click on the Imperial, he has dialog, but the quest itself doesn't start nor does the game acknowledge it sstarted - nothing appears in my inventory.
